4. The University should ensure that all academic and non-academic staff benefit from staff development programmes
5. The University should provide adequate laboratory space for anatomy and pathology
6. The University should procure laboratory equipment such as Microscope, Microtome and Dissection tables for the programme
7. The University should ensure that all classrooms are well maintained
8. The University should provide adequate office accommodation for staff of the programme
9. The University should ensure that the programme is adequately funded

 

The total score for the programme is 86.40%. It scored 34 (91.89%)  in Academic Matters, 30 (85.71%) in Staffing, 20 (74.07%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
