1. Academic staff offices are inadequate in space and furnishing.
2. Library holdings are in adequate in number and coverage.
3. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

 

1. The university should provide Standard and well furnished academic staff offices on the programme.
2. More current books and local texts should be procured for the programme.
3. The Programme should be adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 87.20%. It scored 34 (91.89%)  in Academic Matters, 33 (94.29%) in Staffing, 21 (77.78%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
