1. Meetings by the departmental quality assurance committee is not frequent and not documented. The coverage of the committee is not wide. 2. 65.2% of the teaching staff and 100% of the non-teaching staff have not benefitted from the staff development programme in the last three years.

1. The university should ensure that the committee meets regularly, and minutes of meeting properly documented for a more robust and functional quality assurance.

The total score for the programme is 88.00%. It scored 36 (97.30%) in Academic Matters, 28 (80.00%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 1 (50.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
