The laboratory for the programme does not have the following equipment specified in the BMAS such as HPLC, Anaerobic incubator, cold incubator, 70 degree freezer, dark field microscope and phase contrast microscope. 4. The total score for the programme is 88%. It scored 37 (97.30%) in Academic Matters, 35 (97.14%) in Staffing, 27 (74.1%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (77.7%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
