1. The curriculum for the programme is not properly structured 2credit unit allocated to some courses Instead of 3credit unit e.g. PRM 106,107,202.
2. Marking style of course work is not standardized.
3. There are inadequate basic books in the library.
4. Funding for the programme is inadequate .

 

1. The University should ensure that credit units are allocated accordingly.
2. The University should ensure that marking scheme for the programme.
3. The University should ensure that more basic books such Production Mgt, Corporate policy, Purchasing and supply mgt etc. should be provided for the programme is of good standard.
4. The programme should be adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 92.45%. It scored 19 (95.00%)  in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
