1. Marking schemes are not well developed in some courses as there are no proper distribution of scores to some of the questions. 6. The Heads of Oral Diagnostic Science and Preventive Dentistry Departments are not specialists in the respective areas of Dentistry.

The total score for the programme is 73.14%. It scored 25.5 (77.27%) in Academic Matters, 22 (62.86%) in Staffing, 19 (70.37%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (100.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.
