1. 67% of the academic staff have not benefitted from staff development programme. 2. No staff development for non-academic staff, while only one Technical staff benefitted. 3. Academic Staff offices are slightly inadequate in space but well equipped. 4. The physical holdings of the library are of good quality but slightly inadequate in number and coverage. 5. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. All academic staff should be encouraged to benefit from staff development programme. 2. All non-academic staff should be encouraged to benefit from staff development programme. 3. The University should ensure that academic staff offices are adequate in space. 4. The University should ensure that the physical holdings of the library are of good quality, very relevant and adequate in number and coverage. 5. Improved funding is required to properly maintain existing physical facilities.

The total score for the programme is 80.80%. It scored 33 (89.19%) in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. the Panel recommended accreditation status for the Programme.
