1. The University should ensure that the curriculum cover the aspects of Language, Stylistics and Literary criticism. 2. The quality assurance system should be reinvigorated. 3. The University should ensure there is research and collaboration for the programme. 4. The University should ensure that all the staff benefits from staff development programme.

The total score for the programme is 81.14%. It scored 22 (78.57%) in Academic Matters, 29 (83%) in Staffing, 23 (85.19%) in Physical Facilities, 16.5 (91.67%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 0 (0.00%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
