1. 50% of academic staff did not benefit from staff development programme.

2. Toilet hygiene and water supply are inadequate.

 

1. The University should ensure that all academic staff benefits from staff development.

2. There should be immediate improvement on water supply to the toilet facilities.

 

The total score for the programme is 92.80%. It scored 37 (100.00%)  in Academic Matters, 31 (89%) in Staffing, 26 (96.30%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.88%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
