1. The Department should engage more staff with PhD for the program in line with CCMAS
2. The management should employ more non-teaching staff for the program.
3. More academic staff of the department should be encouraged to participate in staff development program.
4. More non-academic staff of the department should be encouraged to participate in staff development program
5. All the office accommodation should be well furnished and equipped
6. Internet facilities should be improved.
7. The department should subscribe to relevant database for the program.
8. the program should be well funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 68.80%. It scored 33 (89.19%)  in Academic Matters, 21 (60.00%) in Staffing, 18 (66.67%) in Physical Facilities, 11 (61.11%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 0 (0.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme
