1. The staff mix is not consistence in two categories and it’s not in line with the NUC CCMAS/BMAS policy. 2. The number of computers in the econometric lab and the departmental lab is meagre in quantity.

1. The University is to ensure that the department’s staff mix is beefed up in the two categories, by employing the services of more academic lecturers in the department.

The total score for the programme is 96.00%. It scored 37 (100.00%) in Academic Matters, 32 (91.43%) in Staffing, 25 (92.59%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (100.00%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (100.00%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
