1. 36.8% of the acacdemic staff have not benefitted from Staff Development Programme in the last three years.
2. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The University should ensure that all academic staff benefit from Staff Development Programme.
2. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 94.95%. It scored 32 (100.00%) in Academic Matters, 31 (88.57%) in Staffing, 16 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 17.5 (97.22%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
