1. Some core courses like EDU 111 and EDU 112 are Omitted from the Curriculum 2. Only 27% of staff are core to subject area. 3. No non-teaching staff has benefitted from staff development programme. 4. Staff offices are inadequate in space, not well furnished with bookshelves, refrigerators and Professorial Staff Offices are without toilets. 6. Toilet facilities are non-functional 7. Library holdings and currency of books and journals are inadequate in number. 8. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The Curriculum should be in line with the Provision of the Benchmark Minimun Accreditation Standard 5. Adequate fire extinguishers should be provided for the programme. 6. Functional toilet facilities should be provided for the programme 7. More current books and journals should be procured for the programme. 8. Adequate fire extinguishers should be provided for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 72.65%. It scored 29 (93.55%) in Academic Matters, 23 (69.70%) in Staffing, 14 (51.85%) in Physical Facilities, 13 (72.22%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored less than 70% in any of the four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended INTERIM accreditation status for the Programme.
