1. Production Management (BUS 315) is treated as elective contrary to the provisions of BMAS which treats it as core courses. 2. Bloc marking was observed in the grading of some answer booklets. 3. Practicals conducted are on IPSAS, and do not cover other Accounting software applications. 4. The computers in the laboratory are inadequate in number. 5. Professorial offices are inadequate in space, and not equipped with white boards. 6. Physical library books and journals are inadequate in number and coverage of subject areas of the programme. 7. Funding is inadequate for the programme.

1. The curriculum should be reviewed in line with the provision of BMAS. 2. Bloc marking should be discouraged and grading should be as prescribed in the marking scheme. 3. The University should ensure that adequate practicals are conducted to cover other Accounting software applications. 4. Additional computers should be procured for the programme. 5. Standard and well-equipped offices should be provided for academic staff on the programme. 6. More current books and journals in the subject areas should be procured for the programme. 7. The programme should be adequately funded.

The total score for the programme is 87.79%. It scored 23.9 (88.52%) in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 21.5 (79.63%) in Physical Facilities, 14.3 (79.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2.5 (83.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
