1. There is no evidence of evaluation of the programme by students. 2. The staff mix by rank of 40:0:60 is not in line with NUC approved guidelines. 3. Furniture in some classrooms are not well maintained. There are broken chairs and damaged whiteboards. 4. Physical library books and journals are inadequate in number. 5. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research.

1. The University should institutionalize a system that will enable students assess the adequacy of course contents, learning materials, course delivery and physical facilities. 2. The University should ensure a staff mix by rank of 20:30:45 in line with the NUC approved guidelines. 3. Furniture items in the classrooms should be well maintained. 4. More current books and journals should be procured for the programme. 5. The University should ensure there is a multidisciplinary approach to research in the programme.

The total score for the programme is 88.35%. It scored 24 (85.71%) in Academic Matters, 34 (97.14%) in Staffing, 13 (81.25%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
