1. Degree projects lack appropriate supervision

4. Less than 50% of non-academic staff have benefitted from staff development program.
5. There are no toilet facilities for students’ usage.
6. Inadequate funding

2. The internal quality assurance must be effective for the program.
3. The Managment should ensure that all academic staff are engaged in staff development program.
4. The Managment should ensure that all non-academic staff are engaged in staff development program.
5. Management should provide toilet facilities for students
6. More funding should be allocated for the program

 

The total score for the programme is 85.60%. It scored 35 (94.59%)  in Academic Matters, 27 (77%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
