Some core courses in both BMAS and CCMAS were omitted I.e CRS 101,102, 203A&B and CED201 etc.

The University is advised to capture all omitted courses in both BMAS and CCMAS for the programme.

The University should ensure all academic staff participate in staff development programmes

The University should provide adequate funding for the programme

 

The total score for the programme is 80.91%. It scored 26 (78.79%)  in Academic Matters, 26 (74%) in Staffing, 16 (100.00%) in Physical Facilities, 16 (88.89%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
