1.Marking schemes should be well developed , have clarity and marks evenly distributed. 4.The University should ensure FTIR, GCMID be made functional, spectrometer software installed and showers provided in the Labs for the progamme.

The total score for the programme is 80.00%. It scored 30 (81.08%) in Academic Matters, 26 (74%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77%) in Library. The programme scored 1 (33.33%) in Funding, 3 (100.00%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
