REMEDIES

1. There were cases of bulk marking.
2. Some offices are inadequate are not well furnished.
3. Library holdings and currency of journals are inadequate in number.

 

1. Marking Schemes should be well developed.
2. The University should provide adequate and well-furnished office accommodation.
3. More current journals should be procured for the programme.

 

The total score for the programme is 90.83%. It scored 29 (90.63%)  in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 15 (93.75%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
