2, The University should provide Hydraulic and Strength of materials laboratory for the programme. 2. The University should ensure the provision of the recommended equipment such as penetrometer and standard penetration test. 3. The University should recruit more non-teaching staff for the programme. 4. The University should ensure that at least 70% of non-teaching staff benefits from staff development programme.

The total score for the programme is 79.83%. It scored 27 (81.82%) in Academic Matters, 25 (71%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
