1. The practical work did not cover the curriculum. 2. 12.5 academic staff (61%) are core to the subject area. 3. 11 academic staff (68.8%) have Ph.D degrees. 4. The laboratory equipment met NUC requirement by about 75%. 5. The offices accommodations are inadequate in spaces.

The total score for the programme is 82.80%. It scored 31.5 (85.14%) in Academic Matters, 30 (85.71%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
