1. The curriculum of the programme is inadequate.

1. The university should ensure to provide adequate curriculum for the programmme to include core courses that were omitted. like Land scape measurement and Integration, Patial Differential Equation, General Topology and Advance Calculus 1 and 2.

2. University should ensure to provide adequate laboratory size as spacify by NUC space standards.

3. The programme should be adequately funded.

 

The total score for the programme is 90.43%. It scored 27 (93.10%)  in Academic Matters, 35 (100.00%) in Staffing, 24 (88.89%) in Physical Facilities, 14 (77.78%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

B.    APPROVAL BY THE COMMISSION

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
