1. The Internal Quality Assurance exist only at Faulty level.
2. The Staff offices are inadequate in space.
3. Funding is inadequate for the programme.
4. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research.

 

1. The University should ensure the Internal Quality mechanism cuts across the departmental, Faculty and University Levels.
2. Standard (Specious) offices should be provided for the programme.
3. The programme should be adquately funded.
4. The University should ensure that there is multidisciplinary approach to research.

 

The total score for the programme is 90.29%. It scored 25 (89.29%)  in Academic Matters, 34 (97%) in Staffing, 15 (93.75%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended  FULL accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  FULL accreditation status for the Programme
