1. The non-academic staff are of good quality but there’s need for 1or 2 more Technologists to effectively man all the requisite labs.
2. Only 60-69 of the academic staff benefited from the Staff Development Programme.

3. Only 2 out of 6 non- academic staff have benefited from staff development programme

4. New equipment have been purchased by the University but yet to be installed

5. Library website exists, in ternate and intranet exist but campus -wide coverage is weak

6. Funding for the programme is inadequate.

1. The University should ensure to employ adequate number of Technologists to man their laboratories

2. The University should ensure that all academic staff benefit from the Staff Development Programme.

3. University should ensure that all non-teaching staff benefit from the Staff Development Programme.

4. The University should ensure to install the new laboratories equipment purchased.

5. University should ensure to provide adequate internet coverage to enable the staff and student have access within the campus environment.

6. The University should ensure to provide adequate fund for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 83.76%. It scored 30 (90.91%)  in Academic Matters, 26 (78%) in Staffing, 23 (85.19%) in Physical Facilities, 15 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 2 (66.67%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 0 (0.00%) in Employers’ Rating. the Panel recommended  accreditation status for the Programme.

Based on further analysis of the report, the Commission upholds the recommendation of  accreditation status for the Programme
