1. Only 60% of the Academic Staff are Core to the Programme. 2. Academic Staff Offices are inadequate in space and not well equipped especially at Professorial Cadre. 3. Fire extinguishers and sand buckets are inadequate in number.

1. The University should ensure 80% of the Academic Staff are Core to the Programme by employing more full time academic staff. 2. Standard and adequately furnished academic staff offices should be provided for the programme. 3. Adequate number of fire extinguishers and sand buckets should be provided for the programme.

The total score for the programme is 88.75%. It scored 29 (90.63%) in Academic Matters, 32 (91.43%) in Staffing, 22 (81.48%) in Physical Facilities, 17 (94.44%) in Library. The programme scored 2.5 (83.33%) in Funding, 2 (66.67%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
