1. Only 3.5 (58%) of academic staff have their Ph.D degrees. 2. The number of technologist in the programme is inadequate. 3. Studio equipment such as drawing board and stools are inadequate in number and poorly maintained. 4. The academic staff offices lack adequate furniture such as bookshelves, office cabinet, and window blinds. 5. There is no multidisciplinary approach to research collaboration.

1. The University should ensure that all academic staff in the programme obtain their Ph.D degrees. 2. The Institution is advised to employ more technologist to man the computer laboratory and studios. 3. The University should provide adequate facilities in the studios and ensue the existing once are well maintained. 4. The Institution is advised to provide bookshelves, file cabinet, and window blinds in all academic staff offices. 5. The University should ensure a multidisciplinary approach to research collaborations in the programme.

The total score for the programme is 84.2%. It scored 33 (100.00%) in Academic Matters, 35 (74%) in Staffing, 27 (81.4%) in Physical Facilities, 18 (83%) in Library. The programme scored 3 (66.6%) in Funding, 3 (66.6%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
