1. The teaching equipment in the classrooms and lecture theatres are inadequate. 2. 14.3% of the academic staff do not have the Ph.D. Degree. 3. The number of Non-Academic Staff is inadequate. 4. Only 35.7% of the Academic Staff and none of the Non-Teaching Staff benefited from the Staff Development Programme. 5. Off-line database resource is inadequate. 6. Internal quality assurance and external examination system is ineffective.

1. Classrooms and lecture theatres should be well equipped. 2. All academic staff should be encouraged to obtain the Ph.D. degree. 3. The University should employ more Non-Academic Staff for the programme. 4. The University should encourage both the Academic and Non-Teaching Staff to benefit from the Staff Development Programme as well as develop themselves for higher tasks and greater productivity. 5. The University library should download and make available on the computer systems as many as possible e-books and e-journals. 6. The University should revive the systems and appoint qualified hands to coordinate their activities.

The total score for the programme is 80.28%. It scored 26.50 (82.81%) in Academic Matters, 27.00 (77.14%) in Staffing, 12.50 (78.13%) in Physical Facilities, 15.00 (83.33%) in Library. The programme scored 2.00 (66.67%) in Funding, 2.50 (83.33%) in Research and Collaborations and 2 (100.00%) in Employers’ Rating. Based on the fact that the programme scored up to 70% and above in all four core components (Academic Matters, Staffing, Physical Facilities and Library), the Panel recommended FULL accreditation status for the Programme.
